About Us

April Mims attended Coach Training Alliance to receive her credentials. 

She also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and has 13 years of experience in the telecommunications, home building, and business solutions software industries.  She has extensive experience with corporate reorganizations and the resulting career transitions that reorganizations create.   

April lives in a suburb of Dallas and is married with two children.  She is an avid runner and active in her children’s activities, Girl Scouts, and church.  She is passionate about empowering individuals to find the work/life balance that is appropriate for their unique situation.  She also enjoys helping clients set challenging goals so they will find fulfillment in their work and life.
